1. Description of Service

Makers Hive is an AI-powered platform that assists users in generating, managing, and publishing e-commerce listing content, including titles, descriptions, tags, and alt-text. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Makers Hive, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Makers Hive is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Makers Hive offers both free and paid subscription plans. Subscription features, usage limits, and pricing vary by plan and are presented at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through a third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Makers Hive provides AI-generated content suggestions based on user input. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing it on any third-party platform. Makers Hive does not guarantee listing performance, platform approval, or compliance with marketplace policies.

You retain full ownership of the content you generate using the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting third-party platforms, you authorize Makers Hive to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf. Makers Hive is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, platform enforcement actions, or policy violations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to generate deceptive or fraudulent content, or to attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Beta Disclaimer

Makers Hive may be offered as a public beta. During this period, features may change or be discontinued, performance may vary, and bugs or errors may occur. The Service is provided “as is” during beta.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will end, and unused subscription time will be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design elements, and proprietary materials associated with the Service are the property of Makers Hive or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makers Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
